Job summary

Hidden Meadows Apts in Ohio is seeking a maintenance supervisor responsible for upkeep of the residential buildings, public spaces, grounds and equipment. You will supervise a team to meet company guidelines and resident expectations.

The role requires coordination with the Community Manager, adherence to safety standards, and scheduling of preventive maintenance, inspections, and on-call emergency responses. A strong focus on appearance and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pool and HVAC certifications preferred; boiler certification if appropriate.
• Three plus years of residential property maintenance experience.
• Ability to supervise housekeeping/janitorial, maintenance techs, caretakers and grounds staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct housekeeping, maintenance technicians, caretakers and grounds staff.
• Perform daily inspections of property interiors and exteriors to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
• Execute and document preventive maintenance for resident apartments, public spaces, and equipment.
• Manage inventory and purchasing of parts and supplies.
• Oversee pool maintenance as applicable and ensure city code compliance.
• Provide excellent resident service and be available for emergencies.
• Assist with ensuring community operations align with office hours.
