29th Street Property Management in Columbus, OH is hiring an Experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at The Residences at Eastpointe Ridge. You will train and supervise Maintenance Technicians to maintain high building standards.

Key duties include HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, drywall, boiler systems, work-order management, budgeting, and ensuring timely make-ready turns. A valid driver’s license and multi-family property experience are preferred; CPO/EPA certs

Qualifications

• Superior organization and communication skills.
• HVAC experience required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Experience in multi-family property management preferred.
• CPO and EPA certifications a plus.
• Educational degree not required; at least one year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for multi-family properties.
• Train and supervise Maintenance Technicians.
• Manage work orders, scheduling and vendor coordination.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and inspections are up to date.
• Maintain budget for repairs and maintenance.
