Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, appliances, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily maintenance operations and forecast resources.
• Oversee repair work, minor projects, and capital improvements.
• Direct technicians and vendors to ensure timely task completion.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain proposals and contracts.
• Lead and support maintenance and customer service teams.
