Job summary

You will plan and schedule operatives, manage diaries and appointments, and coordinate repairs and maintenance with residents and internal teams. A valid UK driving licence and car access are essential for site access.

The role offers a Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 schedule in a modern office, with immediate interview and ASAP start possibilities. Previous housing maintenance experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience as Planner/Scheduler/Repairs Planner/Works Planner or Repairs Coordinator.
• Social housing / housing maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
• Good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling daily workloads for operatives.
• Allocating repairs and maintenance jobs efficiently.
• Managing diaries, appointments and workloads.
• Booking and rearranging appointments with residents and customers.
• Liaising with operatives, contractors, residents and internal teams.
• Monitoring outstanding works and ensuring jobs are progressed.
• Updating internal systems with accurate job and appointment information.
• Managing cancellations, access issues and follow-on works.
• Working to agreed SLAs and targets.
• Providing general administrative support within the planning function.
