Job summary

Worley is seeking a scheduling professional to prepare and maintain detailed project schedules for proposals and ongoing projects. You will ensure activities are planned, tracked, and documented, and provide scheduling reports to support decision-making.

Candidate should have 3+ years in planning or scheduling, familiarity with scheduling principles, and proficiency with MS Office and scheduling software such as Primavera P6. A degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in planning, scheduling, engineering, construction, project management, or related field.
• Typically 3+ years of relevant planning or scheduling experience.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and updating engineering, construction, or project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain detailed engineering and construction schedules.
• Develop schedules for proposals and projects, including milestones and deliverables.
• Update schedules regularly to reflect status, changes and forecast dates.
• Communicate scheduling information clearly to project teams and stakeholders.
