Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property maintenance or equivalent experience.
• CAMT certification desired; OSHA familiarity is required.
• Ability to perform plumbing, electrical and HVAC tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks personally and respond to resident requests within 24 hours when possible.
• Maintain safety and comply with OSHA/Fair Housing regulations.
• Inspect and maintain tools/equipment; assist with unit turnovers and snow removal.
