Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day maintenance operations and ensures property meets company standards and laws.
• Directs and supervises maintenance staff; plans schedules, assigns tasks, and reviews work.
• Assists in interviewing and hiring maintenance staff.
• Manages vendor selection, bids, and contractor work for quality and cost control.
• Responds promptly to resident maintenance issues and inspections before/after move-ins.
