Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, ensuring they meet our standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

You will lead and develop the maintenance team, handle work orders, inspect performance, manage parts and budgets with the Community Manager, and participate in safety trainings and policy updates. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages maintenance team and oversees staff hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Handles work orders from residents and performs routine upkeep and repairs.
• Inspects completed work for quality, safety, and code compliance; coordinates with contractors.
• Maintains inventory of parts and tools; collaborates with Community Manager on budgeting.
• Conducts regular safety meetings and ensures compliance with company standards.
