Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team and ensure the property’s buildings, grounds, and amenities meet safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and manage service requests while maintaining budget awareness.

Responsibilities include leading the maintenance staff, training new hires, supervising Make Ready, and enforcing company safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and performs maintenance to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards.
• Diagnostics and repairs based on resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Maintains inventory of spare parts and coordinates with Community Manager on supplies and budget.
• Leads maintenance team, interviews, hires, orients, and trains new hires; manages Make Ready process.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and appearance; conducts safety meetings and reports injuries or incidents.
