Qualifications

• 2+ years in maintenance and/or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance work, including general maintenance, light electrical/plumbing/ carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, appliances, and pool maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a neat appearance when interacting with residents.
• Identify opportunities to improve properties through quality workmanship and teamwork with owners and tenants.
