Job summary

Redwood Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee on-site maintenance teams across our properties in Carrollton, GA. The role ensures safety, quality, and timely completion of service requests while guiding technicians and coordinating with property management.

You will manage painting, plumbing, electrical tasks, and preventive maintenance programs, with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience as a maintenance supervisor.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. per I-9.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site maintenance technicians to complete requests efficiently.
• Inspect properties daily to identify repairs and safety concerns.
• Enter and schedule work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and system inspections.
