Job summary

DTN is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team, oversee building systems, and manage resident service orders while ensuring preventative maintenance and safety standards. The role coordinates budgeted capital projects, schedules repairs, and drives customer service excellence across the property portfolio.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in maintenance with HVAC knowledge, EPA certification, and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
4+ years' experience in maintenance or related trades.
HVAC knowledge with EPA certification required.
Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the maintenance team to meet customer expectations and maintain assets.
Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline maintenance staff.
Provide recommendations for property needs, capital projects, and repairs.
Schedule repairs, turnover, and capital projects within operating budget.
Plan daily/weekly/monthly strategies for service, work orders, and site inspections.
Perform resident work orders daily.
Maintain grounds and pool/spa cleanliness and safety.
Ensure safety standards and proper building systems maintenance.
Respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotation.
