Village Green is seeking a Property Maintenance Manager in Menomonee Falls to oversee daily maintenance operations across our property portfolio. The role includes supervising maintenance staff, managing work orders, and ensuring HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems are reliable.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience in hotel, apartment, or hospital maintenance/engineering.
• Excellent customer service and computer skills.
• Plumbing systems, appliances, water heaters, chillers/boilers, HVAC knowledge (EPA certification).
• Proven track record managing a preventative maintenance program and capital projects.

Responsabilités

• Daily supervision of Maintenance staff members, including delegation of work orders, special projects, and time management techniques.
• Inspection and oversight of existing and completed work orders.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and all other service requests.
• Mentoring and training new and existing maintenance staff members.
• Involvement with interviewing and selection of new maintenance team members.
• Provides written monthly energy management recommendations for the building.
• Identifies capital improvements and obtains required estimates/bids.
• Assists in budget preparation for maintenance expenses.
