Village Green is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Menomonee Falls, WI. The role pays $22-$26 per hour with a quarterly bonus and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

The technician will handle preventive maintenance, respond to service requests, and assist with apartment turns while ensuring resident satisfaction and a clean, safe property. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in hotel or multifamily housing, strong plumbing/electrical skills, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge.
• Strong experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliances, and painting.
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Timely completion of work orders and special projects.
• Knowledge in HVAC.
• Completion of plumbing and electrical service requests.
• Apartment turns, including related tasks.
• Servicing residents in a friendly, customer service-oriented manner.
• Diagnoses problems and repairs in electrical areas.
• Responds to on-call emergencies as directed by Property/Service Manager.
• Maintain exterior of property for curb appeal.
• Housekeeping duties and snow removal during winter months as needed.
• Property maintenance of pools, spas, and pool areas if applicable.
