Auben Realty is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve short-term assets across a portfolio of single-family homes. You will perform general repairs and maintenance, coordinating tasks to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations, implementing preventive maintenance, managing inventory, and collaborating with project management for long-term repairs, all while adhering to safety standards and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with general maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Ability to follow safety regulations and standards.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities across a portfolio of single-family homes.
• Perform general maintenance and minor repairs (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, appliances).
• Create and maintain efficient operations with benchmarks for cost, quality, labor, material, safety, and housekeeping.
• Ensure all work complies with company standards, local codes, safety regulations, and owner expectations.
• Maintain high standards for quality and appearance while meeting service level expectations.
• Perform periodic inspections and report to appropriate departments.
• Provide information to project management for long-term repairs and capital expenditures.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and inventory systems.
• Stay current on trends and efficiencies and apply as appropriate.
• Work within property spending limits per criteria.
• Perform other maintenance duties as requested.
• Support account managers with long-term repair recommendations.
