Job summary

OLH Technical Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Property Administrator with a Secret Clearance in Washington, DC to support DISA/JSP with integrated logistics and property management.

The role develops SOPs, tracks KPIs in DPAS and ITSM, conducts audits, and maintains IT asset lifecycles to ensure material availability and compliance. DPAS experience and DoD knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• DPAS experience and related property management knowledge.
• Associate's degree or equivalent in Logistics or related field required; substitutions allowed for DPAS.
• DoD supply regulations knowledge and DPAS training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop SOPs and internal controls for property management.
• Maintain KPI dashboards in DPAS and ITSM (BMC Remedy).
• Verify Asset Compliance Program alignment and audit findings.
• Track IT asset transactions through DPAS/ITSM lifecycles.
• Ensure warehouse stock levels and report re-order thresholds.
