Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience in litigation management and courtroom proceedings preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-relations skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret insurance policy coverage issues related to property and liability.
• Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declination letters.
• Advise insurers and clients on coverage obligations and potential exposure.
• Manage coverage litigation from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings, including depositions.
