You will conduct legal research, draft pleadings, manage discovery, and interact with clients while developing expertise in automotive liability and related regulations in a reputable, minority- and women-owned firm.

Qualifications

• 1–10 years of attorney experience, civil litigation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal laws related to automotive liability.
• JD from an accredited school; CA bar admission preferred.

Responsibilities

• Legal research and writing under senior attorneys or partners.
• Prepare cases for hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions.
• Maintain client communication with updates and inquiries.
• Manage discovery, reviews, and responses as needed.
• Appear in court for routine motions or hearings with supervision.
• Advise clients on rights, obligations, and risk with compliance.
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to execute strategy.
• Meet billable hour targets through efficient case management.
• Attend CLE programs and stay updated on developments.
• Support the firm’s goals and participate in team initiatives.
