You will conduct research, draft pleadings, manage discovery, and collaborate with senior attorneys to represent clients effectively while upholding the highest standards of ethics and client

Qualifications

• JD from a law school and admission to practice in TX or ability to obtain
• Strong written and oral communication skills with client-facing experience
• Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other documents.
• Assist in case preparation for hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions.
• Maintain client communication to provide updates and gather information.
• Assist in discovery management, responses, and deposition processes.
• Appear in court for routine motions or hearings under supervision.
• Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and risks; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
• Contribute to meeting billable hour targets through efficient workflow.
