McKinley Homes, LLC. is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to help prospective tenants find and lease properties. This in-person role involves tours, processing applications, and coordinating with property management to ensure readiness of units.

You will use CRM tools to track leads, schedule showings, and support marketing efforts. The job includes full-time hours with relocation to Huntsville, AL and compensation up to $32,000 plus commission.

Formación

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in data entry and maintaining records.
• Knowledge of property management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with CMMS is a plus.
• Understanding of real estate administrative procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and provide information on units.
• Assist with the application process, collect documents, conduct background checks.
• Respond to inquiries about features, leasing terms, and rental rates.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities including tenant data and leases.
• Coordinate with property management to ensure units are move-in ready and address issues.
