Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend availability as needed.
• Experience with Yardi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process rental applications and lease documents accurately.
• Assist with resident move-ins, renewals, and events.

• Support marketing outreach and community initiatives.
• Keep leasing office and model apartment welcoming and clean.
