You will present property and amenities, advertise units, and screen tenants while coordinating with staff to ensure leasing terms are met and a positive tenant experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic tech is expected; a high school diploma is required and benefits include health insurance and 401K.

• Work experience in property management a plus.
• Maintaining knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices.

Responsabilidades

• Present property and amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants.
• Advertise available units and property on various media platforms.
• Determine the needs, living standards and housing requirements of prospective tenants.
• Accept rental applications, screen prospective and negotiate leasing terms.
• Act as a liaison between tenants, corporate staff, property owners and government regulators.
• Remain knowledgeable in housing industry and market trends.
• Support maintenance staff by issuing works, periodic property inspections and scheduling maintenance appointments.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
