Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to manage apartment leasing, handle prospective resident calls, and support office staff. You will maintain files, explain policies, and coordinate move-ins while delivering strong customer service.

• Lease apartments at the highest effective rent level possible with strong customer service.
• Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously and help resolve issues.
• Explain policies to residents and potential residents.
• Accurately complete lease documents in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate resident files and enter data per policy.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a resident retention/renewal program.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in to ensure market ready status.
• Greet new residents and assist with the move-in process.
• Show model and available vacancies.
• Participate in community events and events coordination.
• Become certified as a Leasing Specialist through in-house training.
• Travel may be required; occasional weekend hours may be required.
