ABOUT THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT JOB

This full-time property management position typically works Monday - Friday, and most Saturdays. If working on a Saturday, you would get another day off during the week.

As our Property Leasing Associate - Rental Advisor, you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for future residents, greeting them warmly, showcasing properties, and highlighting amenities. Your expert knowledge will guide them through available units, lease terms, and the application process. You'll build lasting relationships with current residents by addressing inquiries and concerns with a friendly demeanor and clear communication. Utilizing your marketing and sales skills, you'll promote our apartments effectively. Your attention to detail will ensure smooth application processing and lease paperwork, accurate record maintenance, and efficient handling of apartment turnovers, move-in, and move-out procedures, fostering a true sense of community.

• 2 years of experience in leasing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Reliable transportation
• Strong closing skills

One year of customer service experience and familiarity with Yardi software is preferred. Sales experience would be a plus!
