Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Paralegal certification required.
• 3–7 years’ experience in a law environment and/or property management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with knowledge of legal concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication with management, vendors, residents, counsel.
• Ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide real time dispute resolution support for resident complaints.
• Coordinate research on property matters and licensing compliance.
• Assist in supporting bankruptcy platform and calendar of relief hearings.
• Manage calendaring and coordination on code enforcement matters and lien reduction.
• Assist in pre-suit mediations and litigation with outside counsel as needed.
• Support in-house attorneys on commercial litigation, employment disputes and regulatory matters.
• Support pre-litigation workflows including document collection and production tracking.
