This role is central to supporting the company's extensive commercial operations by providing robust legal advice and contract management. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in commercial law and a keen eye for detail, ensuring all agreements and legal documentation are sound. This position involves close collaboration with various business units to mitigate risks and facilitate seamless commercial transactions. The role is designed to offer a flexible hybrid work model, allowing for a balance between office-based collaboration in Welkom, Free State , and remote work, promoting efficiency and employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including sales agreements, partnership agreements, and supplier contracts.
• Provide expert legal guidance on commercial law matters, ensuring compliance with South African legislation.
