Job summary

Serrato Corporation seeks aProperty Manager to supervise the Property Specialist and oversee the Property/Logistics area in alignment with DOL and PRH guidelines. You will ensure accurate EPMS records, manage inventories, and coordinate with regional offices to optimize asset accountability.

The role requires basic Excel proficiency and a high school diploma, with opportunities for advancement within a structured, compliance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• One-year related experience required as well as experience with Excel spreadsheet applications.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in handling property records.
• Ability to follow complex procedures and adhere to compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Property Specialist and makes recommendations regarding disciplinary actions, promotions, and merit increases.
• Conducts quarterly and annual inventories of equipment and verifies records in EPMS.
• Maintains location knowledge of all equipment and coordinates disposal or disposition as needed.
• Provides staff training on proper care of equipment and documentation in custodian property folders.
• Investigates missing or stolen equipment and submits documentation to Regional Office.
