Responsibilities

• Accounts for property by physical inspection, tagging, or marking and data processing control.
• Maintains an inventory of property location, value, transfer, sale, or disposal.
• Maintains surplus property including acquisitions, disposal, and relocating items for storage.
• Returns and tracks property that is defective upon arrival for repair or replacement.
• Measures staff for uniforms and submits purchase requests.
• Destroys unserviceable items appropriately.
• Cleans and stores inmate uniforms.
• Updates employee database as changes occur.
• Assists warehouse supervisor as needed.
