Job summary

RT Specialty in Tampa is seeking an Associate Broker to join our Property team. This on-site role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path to advancing into an Inside Broker position, with exposure to account servicing, endorsements, policy review, and carrier interactions.

You will work five days a week in our Tampa office, supporting Brokers and clients, learn underwriting practices, and build relationships with underwriters as you grow your career in wholesale insurance

Responsibilities

Support Brokers in servicing commercial Property accounts by assisting with account management, policy administration, endorsements, renewals, and day-to-day client needs.
Review policies, endorsements, binders, submissions, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in policy documentation and communicate corrections to carriers, clients, and stakeholders.
Assist with processing new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes while maintaining high service standards.
Ensure quality control across all active and expired policies, endorsements, and account documentation.
