Job summary

OCF Realty is seeking an Inspector in Philadelphia to perform detailed property inspections for our managed properties and document findings using Appfolio. You will collaborate with the maintenance team, upload inspection data, and generate comprehensive reports.

A strong work ethic and problem-solving skills are essential for delivering accurate records and timely updates. We offer a salary range of $40,000–$50,000 plus a benefits package including PTO, medical and dental insurance, and 401k

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Keen eye for spotting and diagnosing repair issues.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Photos).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Prior experience in property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed property inspections for OCF-managed properties.
• Utilize Google Photos and company cell phones to document and organize inspections comprehensively, ensuring clear and accurate records of property conditions.
• Report essential findings tied to photographic records in Appfolio, facilitating efficient communication and documentation.
• Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance requests such as air filter changes, pest control, light bulb changes, changing locks, etc.
• Take corrective action in common spaces and vacant units, such as tidying mail and picking up trash.
• Support key management by assisting with key testing, duplication, lock-outs, and drill-out locks when necessary.
• Communicate urgent action items and significant findings to the Inspection Manager as needed.
