Blue Moon Vacation Rentals in Florida is seeking a hands-on Property Inspector on a 1099 contract to inspect vacation rental properties for compliance with company standards. You will verify items such as TV controllers, drawers, door handles, and faucets, and ensure promised guest amenities are present.

You may perform small maintenance tasks, report larger issues to the appropriate departments, and help prepare properties for guest and owner arrivals while commuting across the territory.

Job Description

We are looking for a fast paced, detail-oriented property inspector to inspect vacation rental properties on a contract bases. In this role, you will evaluate properties for compliance with company standards. You will check commonly used items like tv controllers, drawers, door handles, and faucets to ensure they are functioning properly. You will also check to ensure the property has all items promised to guests by our company. You may be required to perform small maintenance repairs in the event that you detect one during an inspection. You will communicate large maintenance repairs, and other important findings, to the respective departments upon completion of your inspection.
