Blue Moon Vacation Rentals in Navarre, FL, is seeking a hands-on Property Inspector (1099 Contractor) to inspect vacation rental properties. You will evaluate compliance with company standards, check items like TV controllers, drawers, door handles, and faucets, and ensure guests receive what is promised.

This role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and weekend availability. You may perform minor maintenance, communicate larger issues to relevant departments, and help

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in the vacation rental industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Commuting to and from properties in your territory.
• Performing inspections for cleaning and maintenance issues.
• Performing small maintenance repairs.
• Reporting large maintenance issues to the relevant departments.
• Preparing properties for guest and owner arrivals.
• Managing property inventory and staging.
• Delivering needed items to guests.
