Responsibilities

• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms to meet health standards.
• Follows directions for compounds and chemicals, including proper storage.
• Empties trash containers and disposes of trash appropriately.
• Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming.
• Washes windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork as necessary.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and equipment.
• Maintains clean storage area for cleaning supplies.
• Replenishes supplies, linens, and bathroom items.
• Reports repair needs to supervisor.
• Complies with health care and safety standards.
