Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift; lift 25–35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members.
• Ensure exceptional experiences for our team and guests.
• Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean.
• Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist guests with linen, towels, amenities, or information as requested.
• Provide friendly, courteous service with a Service+1 attitude.
• Assist with laundry and cleaning of public areas as needed.
