Qualifications

• 6+ months of housekeeping experience or related supervisory exposure.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills for schedules, supply orders, and reporting.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and squat.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping associates and daily operations—ensure rooms are clean and schedules run smoothly.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure rooms are guest-ready without delays.
• Inspect rooms and public spaces to verify cleanliness and status.
• Coach, support, and recognize team members to maintain morale and standards.
• Assist with schedules, supply forecasting, lost & found, and opening/closing duties.
