SERVPRO is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to ensure our property and vehicles are in pristine condition. All tools, cleaning supplies, and items needed to complete duties are provided. We are a family owned, veteran ran company with a welcoming and energetic culture.

Responsibilities

• Mow and maintain the lawns around the property.
• Maintain the appearance of the parking lot.
• Keep the area around dump trailers free of debris, nails, screws, glass, and miscellaneous garbage.
• Wash and maintain company vehicles.
• Ensure vehicle oil changes are completed.
• Bring vehicles to scheduled maintenance appointments.
• Fix equipment.
• Maintain a clean shop.

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours varying between 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday–Friday. This position would require travel to our Hermantown location to complete the same tasks. Transportation will be provided.
