Job summary

SERVPRO Industries, Inc. is seeking a part-time Property Maintenance Technician in Grand Rapids, MN. You will mow and maintain lawns, keep the parking area neat, and ensure debris-free areas around trailers.

You will also wash company vehicles and oversee routine oil changes. This role supports a family-owned, veteran-led culture and offers flexible hours and opportunities for advancement. Travel to the Hermantown location may be required for similar tasks, with transportation provided by the

Responsibilities

• Mow and maintain the lawns around the property.
• Maintain the appearance of the parking lot.
• Keep area around dump trailers free of debris, nails, screws, glass, and garbage.
• Wash and maintain company vehicles.
• Ensure vehicle oil changes are completed.
• Bring vehicles to scheduled maintenance appointments.
• Fix equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean shop.

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours varying between 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday–Friday. This position would require travel to our Hermantown location to complete the same tasks. Transportation will be provided.
