Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a part-time Property Maintenance Technician to care for our property and vehicles. You will be provided with tools and supplies to complete duties, and you’ll work in an energetic, family-owned environment with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities include lawn care, lot appearance, parking area cleanliness, and vehicle maintenance. Flexible schedule and a supportive team are a big part of this role.

• Maintain the appearance of the parking lot.
• Make sure the area around dump trailers is free of debris, nails, screws, glass, and miscellaneous garbage.
• Wash and maintain company vehicles.
• Make sure vehicle oil changes are completed.
• Bring vehicles to scheduled maintenance appointments.
• Fix Equipment.
• Maintain a clean shop.

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours varying between 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday–Friday. This position would require travel to our Hermantown location to complete the same tasks. Transportation will be provided.
