A maintenance service provider is looking for senior maintenance techs to perform various tasks including plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC maintenance, and drywall work. The ideal candidates should have at least five years of experience, provide their own tools, and deliver excellent customer service. This role requires passing a drug test and maintaining a clean driving record while representing the company positively on the job.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in maintenance work.
• Ability to pass a drug test and have a clean driving record.
• Must provide own hand tools.

Responsabilités

• Perform plumbing repairs including faucets and toilets.
• Handle basic electrical repairs like light fixtures.
• Maintain HVAC systems and change filters.
• Complete drywall patches and painting tasks.
• Install doors and perform carpentry repairs.
• Offer excellent customer service while on-site.

Property Prep, LLC is an established maintenance provider to the residential and commercial sectors. We service everything from single family homes to 250,000 sq. ft. commercial properties. We have two immediate openings for senior maintenance techs.

Examples of minimum skills we would expect someone has:

Plumbing

• Change a faucet, vanity, and toilet
• Repair a toilet, faucet, or Sloan valve
• Cap a plumbing line using a sharkbite or sweating a cap
• Pressure testing lines
• Finding leaks and repairing them
• Clearing/cleaning a drain
• Able to use a gas detector to find a leak

Electrical

• Ability to swap out a fixture, light switch, or outlet
• Ability to change a ballast if taught
• Ability to change light bulbs with appropriate replacement

HVAC

• Ability to change furnace filters flowing the right way
• Ability to change a thermostat, install a new fuse, and troubleshoot basic issues
• Ability to bleed radiators

Painting and drywall

• Ability to patch a hole in drywall or plaster
• Ability to paint a room in a workman-like manner

Carpentry

• General repairs

Installing hand railings

• Installing an entry, interior, or screen door in a workman-like manner

General

• Ability to change or install a door knob and deadbolt in both residential and commercial settings
• Ability to fix a window or replace a piece of glass
• Ability to run a clean bead of caulk

We require our employees have their own hand tools and a smart phone that they know how to use. We provide a new work van and major tools to all employees.
