Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Groundskeeper for Enclave at Pine Oaks, a 228-unit community in DeLand, FL. The role ensures the property's exterior areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained, including trash removal, landscaping, and common-area cleaning.

You will use a digital device to manage work orders, conduct inspections, and document tasks, while maintaining a professional presence with residents and staff. Reliable English communication and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English orally and understand written instructions.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions and work independently.
• May require a valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles on property.

Responsibilities

• Grounds and exterior maintenance: remove trash, rake, mulch, weed, water, and perform snow/ice removal per policy.
• Common area cleaning: empty containers, clean fixtures, mop floors, replenish supplies.
• Safety/compliance: maintain a safe environment and report hazards; follow Fair Housing laws.
• Administrative tasks: use digital device to review and update work orders; attend meetings.
