Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Enclave at Pine Oaks, a 228-unit community in Deland, Florida. You will ensure the property’s general appearance and maintenance, delivering a great living experience for residents.

Responsibilities include handling repairs, completing work orders, and performing preventative maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment. This on-site role supports resident satisfaction and property upkeep.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements as needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend if called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
