Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, and leasing office areas for multifamily properties. The role includes routine landscaping, trash removal, and coordinating with the maintenance team to keep the community appealing.

You will assist in make-ready units, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met. This on-site position requires physical effort and flexibility to work varied hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete grounds work as directed by Maintenance Manager and/or Community Manager, including trash pickup, cleaning dumpsters, blowing sidewalks, and power washing.
• Clean breezeways by removing cobwebs, cleaning lights, mopping floors, and wiping doors/handrails.
• Perform basic landscaping: trimming, watering, irrigation monitoring, and removing debris.
• Assist in make-ready units by removing trash from vacant apartments and prepping for occupancy.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to uphold property quality and safety.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate status updates to residents and team.
