Focus Property Management is seeking a Property & Grounds Assistant in Madison, WI. You will own the look and upkeep of assigned properties, performing maintenance, cleaning, and repairs with a proactive, safety-minded approach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Own the cleanliness, safety, and overall feel of assigned properties.
- Conduct weekly walk-throughs and identify issues early.
- Paint, repair, clean, and perform small maintenance tasks.
- Work in rain, sun, and snow to improve properties.
- Build friendly relationships with residents and respond with care.
- Manage time and communicate with residents using software tools.
- Spot areas for improvement and take initiative to enhance property shine.
- Think critically to resolve problems quickly and lasting solutions.
- Notice small details that impact the property's feel.
