Job summary

MA Building Services is seeking a dependable Landscape Technician to maintain outdoor properties in Wisconsin. Duties include mowing, planting, weed control, seasonal clean-up, and snow removal when needed. Must be physically capable of working outdoors in various weather and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Prior landscaping/grounds maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and power equipment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general turf maintenance.
• Planting, watering, mulching, weeding, and maintaining landscaped beds, shrubs, and trees.
• Seasonal spring and fall clean-up, including leaf removal and debris pick-up.
• Trash removal and policing exterior common areas, parking lots, sidewalks, and landscaped areas.
• Operating landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other power equipment.
• Assisting with snow removal operations as needed, including shoveling, salting, and snow-blowing.
• Providing proactive reporting to any issues that affect safety, exterior appearance, irrigation, or plant health.
