Job summary

Venterra Realty is seeking a Porter to maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the Boulevard at Lakeside community. The role involves trash removal, light maintenance tasks, and assisting with apartment turnover to ensure a welcoming environment for residents.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will perform groundskeeping across pools, parking areas, breezeways, and common spaces while upholding safety and company standards. A strong eye for detail and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to maintaining company standards.
• Lifting/carrying items: over 75 lbs rarely, 25–75 lbs occasionally, 1–25 lbs constant

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the property, including grounds, pools, and common areas.
• Ensure cleanliness, functionality and safety of amenities at all times.
• Assist in unit turnover by removing items left by residents.
• Deliver notices, manage trash removal, address debris or hazards on the property.
• Provide emergency and on-call maintenance support as needed.
• Support the team with other duties to uphold resident satisfaction and property standards.
