You will handle trash removal, light maintenance tasks, and turnover preparation to ensure a welcoming environment for residents.

The role emphasizes independent work, attention to detail, and a commitment to resident satisfaction, with opportunities to support maintenance initiatives and on-call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the property, including grounds, pools, parking lots, and common areas.
• Ensure cleanliness, functionality and safety of amenities at all times.
• Assist in unit turnover by removing items left by residents.
• Deliver notices, manage trash removal, and address debris or hazards promptly.
• Provide emergency and on-call maintenance support as needed.
• Support the team with other duties to maintain resident satisfaction.
