Responsibilities

• Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
• Walk the property monthly to inspect conditions.
• Pressure wash buildings as needed to maintain curb appeal.
• Prepare market-ready units for showing and occupancy.
• Clean all common areas, model units, and amenities.
• Maintain the compactor area free from debris.
