Job summary

Fogelman is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the property's grounds, common areas and amenities, ensuring cleanliness and safety for residents and visitors.

The role involves cleaning offices, interior elevators, exterior buildings, and breezeways, plus light maintenance tasks and assisting with turnover of apartments. Weekend work may be required, and adherence to Fair Housing and company policies is essential.

Qualifications

• One year of groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Attention to detail with ability to work independently.
• A valid driver's license and automobile insurance may be required, depending on the property.

Responsibilities

• Picking up and maintaining community grounds.
• Cleaning the office and amenity areas.
• Cleaning the interior elevators / entryways.
• Cleaning and removing any trash from the trash chute rooms.
• Removal of trash in common areas.
• Operation and maintenance of the trash compactors and its surrounding areas.
• Cleaning exterior buildings and breezeways, including pressure washing.
• Minor maintenance including light bulb changes and upkeep of the pool area.
• Assists maintenance team with turnover of make-ready apartments.
• Weekend work may be required.
• Adhere to all company policies including but not limited to safety and Fair Housing.
• Other job duties as assigned.
