Job summary

The ATF is seeking a Logistics Management Specialist (Property) who will serve in the Property and Fleet Management Sections, MMB, LAD, OM. The incumbent provides a comprehensive set of logistics services in support of the Bureau's law enforcement mission.

Responsibilities include maintaining an accurate inventory of Bureau-owned and leased property, planning and evaluating the personal property and fleet program, coordinating with the GSA on surplus vehicles, and ensuring accountability and

Qualifications

• At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-11.
• Experience with property and fleet management programs.
• Ability to communicate with other agencies and upper management.

Responsibilities

• Maintains an accurate inventory of Bureau-owned and leased property assets.
• Participates in planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of the Bureau's Personal Property and Fleet Management program.
• Coordinates with the General Services Administration on the sale, exchange or transfer of all ATF surplus vehicles.
• Maintains accountable property assets and participates in the issuance of training to ensure efficiency and accuracy in handling property assets.
