Job summary

AMH Internet Solutions, Inc. in Charleston, SC, seeks a Field Technician Turn to expedite tenant turns and uphold high property quality standards across a portfolio of single-family homes.

You will coordinate move-outs, inspect contractor work, and manage reports while supporting plumbing, electrical, irrigation, and related tasks. Proficiency with an Apple iPad and CRM tools is preferred; lifting up to 75 pounds, driving, and safety compliance are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum two years of Residential/Property Maintenance experience or five years in lieu of education.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property inventory and perform tenant turns to set standards.
• Coordinate tenant move-outs, key exchanges, and property condition reports.
• Inspect contractor work to ensure it meets specifications and Our standards.
• Attend eviction set outs and hearings as needed.
• Provide troubleshooting for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related issues.
